Your satisfaction is my highest priority, so I will be happy to exchange an item that isn't quite what you wanted, resize an item that doesn't fit, and in the event that something needs repair (and isn't the result of neglect or misuse), I will be happy to fix it for you. You are only responsible for the cost of shipping it back to me.

Each of my designs is individually hand-crafted at my studio in New Hampshire from a variety of quality materials, which may include natural gemstones, Czech glass, Swarovski crystals, and more. I am constantly creating new items, and post them here as time allows.
